The client’s existing claims process was slow, manual, and inconsistent. Each claim passed through multiple human reviews, creating 2–3 day delays and variations in adjuster decisions. Routine inquiries, like “What’s my claim status?” or “Can I upload damage photos?” were overwhelming support teams, and customer satisfaction was declining.
